Work Description:
Dismantling and Cleaning:
- Removed engine covers and accessories.
- Disassembled particle filter and catalytic converter.
- Cleaned both components multiple times due to heavy saturation (Level 5 contamination). - Internal engine cleaning: EGR system, cylinder head, pistons, intake, turbo, injector tips, and all relevant sensors (NOx, turbo pressure, intake sensors).

Filter and Catalytic Converter Maintenance:
- Filters were cleaned on the bench twice using a machine due to severe dirt buildup.
- Only one cleaning of each charged, as per commercial agreement.

Sensor and Electrical Repairs:
- Replaced and calibrated diesel filter decanter sensor.
- Repaired and reconnected loose rear left headlights and associated wiring.

Oil Change:
- Replaced engine oil (40 liters) and both oil filters.

Calibration and Diagnostics:
- Calibrated the system and cleared engine fault codes using Coteyma diagnostic tool.
