Online auction held following the closure of the Umiami research and development center in Villebon-sur-Yvette (91), which was dedicated to the development of plant-based food products under the "Swap Food" brand. This auction includes over 100 lots, notably featuring state-of-the-art laboratory and process development equipment: “Anton Paar” particle size analyzers and rheometers, a “Stable Micro Systems” texturometer, “Dohmeyer” cryogenic cabinets, “Hounö” and “Unox” ovens, a “Mettler Toledo” metal detector, an “Anritsu” checkweigher, "Sartorius" thermobalances, as well as numerous food preparation appliances, laboratory equipment, stainless steel furniture, shelving, computer equipment, and technical equipment.
