This beautiful Mercedes-Benz 1926 tow truck started its career in 1977 as a fire truck for the municipality of Amsterdam.
In the early 1990s, the Mercedes was converted into a tow truck and since then has been employed by D&S salvage in Ghent Belgium until 2018 as a spare car.
In 2001, the original engine was replaced by a completely overhauled exchange unit by the Braem company at a mileage of 129,643 km.
Since then, the vehicle has driven approximately 9,000 km.
The Mercedes-Benz 1926 has a 6-speed gearbox and a limited slip differential.
The Mercedes-Benz 1926 is in neat, used condition, which can be seen by the patina.
